History

Mac is a young Retriever mix found by one of our volunteers running scared on McKellips. All attempts to locate an owner failed and we have to assume that Mac was abandoned like hundreds of other dogs in the valley each day. Mac was checked out by our vet and is completely healthy and up to date on all shots, micro chipped and neutered. Mac is about the sweetest dog you will ever meet---he loves to put his head in your lap---he is gentle and eager to please but he can get easily excited and possibly knock over small children---so a family with older children is preferred as well as an active family---Mac would make someone a great hiking or running partner.
