This is a courtesy post. Please contact the person listed below to meet Emma Lou. Hello Internet Friends. My name is Emmy Lou and I need you…or someone you know needs me! You see, I need a family (and you probably have one), so do you need a fine new dog? If not, who do you know that deserves and needs a fine, new dog? Let’s just say, we are all lucky you are reading this because one of you is going to be able to help me with this!

Here is the situation….my former family took me to the dog pound and left me. I have no idea why they did that but I was there for a few weeks because the staff liked me a lot as I really am a spectacular girl. Then, the pound was running out of space and I was running out of time. I am one of the luckiest dogs in the world because some nice woman saved me and took me to a foster family who is caring for me now. We all like each other AND I need my own new forever family and home.

I am a three-year-old girl, completely house broken, spayed, current on all my shots, licensed and weigh in at about 50 pounds. My coat is so soft you will think you are touching velvet plus I am calm, gentle and good with kids as well as other dogs. I love to be petted and will lean against you to help you remember to keep petting me!

My ideal family is one that will love me and feed me treats and take me walking…I am good on a leash too!
