History

Tonio was picked up running loose near a busy road while following a group of kids. One of the little boys tried to kick him! Our volunteer went up and asked the adult if he was their dog and they said no, he just wanders around and they feed him sometimes. Very sad! Tonio is the sweetest puppy and very very affectionate and well socialized. He gets along great with other dogs and is learning basic obedience. He is 90% housetrained now and is very well behaved for a puppy. He will make a terrific little companion! He is only about 6 months old and looks to be a chiweenie, a cross between a chihuahua and dachshund.
