History
Phoebe is a sweet little girl. She is the quieter of the bunch, a little more low-key than her littermates. She and her brother Freddie and sister Freida will be ready for adoption soon. Their mama is a 5lb very small chihuahua with petite features. We do not know the breed of the father. Mama dog has been with the rescue since three weeks into pregnancy, so the pups are all very healthy and well-socialized.
