History
2-year-old Frankey is in search of his furr-ever home. When we saved this sweetheart from an AZ shelter, we discovered an old injury to his left rear leg, which resulted in some build-up of scar tissue and a slight gait. This doesn’t slow him down a bit though…he is spunky, energetic and loves to play. Frankey is a typical fun-loving husky who would do well with another active dog; he is always the 1st to greet everyone. A family with a pool would be ideal to help rebuild muscle strength in his leg. He also walks well on a leash but may not do well with long distances. It is unknown how he is with small animals such as birds, cats, rabbits, etc., so it is not recommended for small animals to be around Frankey at this time.Frankey is looking for a husky-savvy family who can continue to provide him with positive training, regular exercise, good nutrition, love, and affection. Frankey is microchipped and up to date on vaccines and is neutered. His adoption fee is $400. The minimum adoption age is 25 and no apartments/condos.
