History
Peaceful Percy is a BIG, mellow, marshmallow. HIs size looks intimidating at first but he is a total softie and a neighborhood favorite on his daily walks. He is very much a Malamute with his aloof antics. After a couple days in a new environment he warms up then becomes your shadow. He loves affection (evening couch cuddles and morning snuggles are a priority) and car rides, likes to play with toys and go for a daily walk or two. He is estimated to be around 3-5 years. He is very patient with his foster doggie sister so is good with dogs and would be fine as an only dog too. He knows basic commands like "sit," "stay," and is house broken. He is fine in a crate or left out to his own devices when alone.
Percy would love an active family that could take him for walks, play and cuddles. He's a big boy so lots of room/a nice yard would be ideal.
Percy is looking for a malamute/husky savvy family who can continue positive training, daily exercise, stimulation, and good nutrition. Percy is micro chipped and up to date on vaccines and neutered. His adoption fee is $400 Minimum adoption age is 25 and no apartments/ condos.
