HistoryImagine the unthinkable – Losing your entire world, your parent(s), home, and everything you have been used to until now… in short, your world is falling apart. Those of us involved in rescue cannot imagine ever giving up a beloved furr-baby. Well, imagine having to make an impossible choice to give up your companions because your health is declining and ultimately losing your life and thus your ability to care for them. Well, that is what a dear volunteer and friend of the rescue is experiencing, and she has reached out desperate for our help. She has battled cancer for some time, and recently received devastating news. She is facing the final step of her journey and entering hospice. Now, she must urgently find a home for her beloved cats. This bonded pair is in dire need of a new home. We need your help to allow this transition to be as seamless and worry-free as possible.
Unfortunately, their owner’s condition is so fragile that we are unable to get good pictures or detailed descriptions of these babies. Here is what we do know… The boys are six years old and neutered. Miro is a short haired brown/gray tabby; he is outgoing and curious once he adapts to his environment. He loves to play with toys - crinkle balls, mice, wands, etc. Jimmy is a long-haired orange tabby; he is shy and will need a home that is committed to providing love and reassurance, that said they need a quiet, adult-only home. Both boys are snuggly and are often found curled up together. They have easily managed dietary and other needs which we can discuss with interested adopters. Do you have a heart big enough for this pair? Please call 480-704-4628 or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org – please mention “Bonded Pair” or “Miro & Jimmy” or apply at the bottom.
