History

Sweet Lucy Lu has the softest fur ever. She loves to be petted and loves people. She is very house and crate trained, and one of the smartest dogs we have ever met. She knows basic commands and all you have to do is whistle and Lucy Lu comes running. She is a very energetic girl who loves to run at top speed. She would do well in a very active home with people who hike or walk a lot. She is good with some dogs, but very much wants to be the alpha.
We will not place her into an apartment or condo without a yard. Lucy needs a yard and possibly a larger doggy friend to run around with. We will also not adopt her into a home with children under the age of 14. She needs an experienced adopter who is used to dealing with a very smart dog. Lucy Lu is 3 years old. While she has long legs, she is very delicate in build and only weighs 25 pounds. This little girl is a real gem and would be a great addition to the right home. She is spayed, up to date on shots, and microchipped.
